Harpo Parish Nadermane

AT THE TIME OF UPLOAD, THIS IS THE ONLY VECTOR OF HARPO PARISH NADERMANE.

And, hell, I know why. This guy was NOT well drawn. Ugh and that stupid harp!(no offense Harpo). A list of things I had to fix:

- Moved the Harp so it isn't jutting into his neck
- Moved his arms to adjust to the harp move
- put the harp behind the body so as to rest on the left shoulder
-gave him a bowtie and fixed the band.

So there you go, enjoy the only vector of this guy in existence currently.
